Preparation is done by either vacuum shot blasting or diamond grind, both these systems are dust free. If then the sub floor after preparation needs making good to eliminate slips and trip hazard, we will either use an heavy duty epoxy resin screed to fill any major damaged areas of the floor or use an epoxy resin paste which is used to fill small cracks, bolt holes. From a single pack dust sealer to a high build epoxy resin floor paint, with up to five years or more life expectancy before re-coating may be required.
New technology such as Polyaspartic coating can be applied in a single day, ready for production the following day which means the down time and disruption is minimal to your busy manufacturing areas.
